I have ordered the device, used it for almost a month, unfortunately I did not experience the results I was hoping for so I got in touch to let them know about sending it back, they replied quickly, prolonged my 30 day period and provided accurate advice about the usage. After changing to the new protocol the device was still not what I was hoping for so I let them know about the refund intention again, they accepted the refund and the money was on my card 1 day after I've sent them the tracking for the parcel. This is what I call customer care, great job!
