An overpriced TENS unit, heavily marketed on the new and dubious website scienceinhealth.com. However it’s also been praised by Bryan Johnson, which I believe is genuine and not paid hype.I have almost perfect biomarkers overall, with one exception: very low HRV, probably because of stress. My nightly average is around 21, measured with my Oura Ring.Because of that, I decided to give Nurosym a try despite the price. The device itself is well made and I genuinely like it. I’ve noticed slight improvements in my HRV, and I also get a relaxing effect when using it — similar to the feeling after a massage. I use it every day.Verdict after 4 weeks: I’ll keep it. You could probably find much cheaper TENS units with an earpiece that do something similar. But if money is not an issue, this one come in an easy-to-use and polished package that is refined for vagus nerve stimulation. If sold for 200€ it would be five stars. Will update this review after 6 month use.
