Amazing product worked immediately. However I have now had 2 devices which stopped working. I bought the second one as soon as the first one broke and it was an absolute nightmare getting a refund. Emails backwards and forwards at least 30 times from different support people. I have now had at least 9 replacement earpieces - some just stop working and most don’t work straight out of the box. I noticed a real improvement in my sleep and stress symptoms with the device but the stress of the constant back and forth plus constant emails that come automatically asking for my experiences and asking for these reviews has prompted me to write this. The support seems to be based in the US so don’t expect a reply on UK time either. I have much more to say but am hoping I will at least get a call from them today. At the moment my view is that it does work when it’s working! But my experience is that I have been in contact with them almost daily for at least a month so if you are trying to treat stress don’t bother!
