I have been using Nurosym for almost three years now, and I wanted to share my experience because it has been an important part of my recovery process.I suffer from severe dysautonomia as well as an autoimmune condition, and before starting to use Nurosym I was experiencing between two to four panic and/or anxiety attacks a day. From the very beginning, I noticed a clear sense of relief in my anxiety levels. It also helped significantly with mental noise, rumination, and negative thought loops, giving me a greater sense of calmness, bodily safety, and emotional steadiness.Over time, I have also noticed that I am less tense, experience fewer mood swings, and have more stable energy levels. I do not feel as exhausted as I used to, and after using the device I often feel more regulated rather than depleted. Little by little, it has helped my nervous system gradually regulate itself.I have been combining the device with somatic therapy and breathing techniques, and in my experience this combination works very well. Nurosym is one of those tools that, the more consistently you use it, the less dramatic the effects may feel day-to-day, but when you step back, you realize how much it has actually contributed to your overall regulation and wellbeing.Recently, the cable used to charge my device stopped working. I contacted customer support, and I want to highlight that the company's customer care team has been absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and involved throughout the process, making everything easy and offering effective and very generous solutions (the kind of service that is unfortunately not so common nowadays). Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel very supported as a customer, and it reinforced how happy I am with my device.Because my Nurosym has temporarily been out of use, I have continued with my somatic therapy and breathing exercises. However, after nearly three years of almost daily use, I can clearly feel the difference when I cannot use it. This has actually made me appreciate even more the real value of the device and the positive impact it has had on my dysautonomia.I am still in the process of recovery, but I can honestly say that this device has significantly supported and accelerated that process for me. I am very grateful to have found it.
