Nurosym are a fantastic company to deal with, every single person that I spoke to, from pre-sale to post-sale was helpful and made me feel important as a customer, especially Stephanie, she was brilliant. The unit itself comes very nicely packed and has it's own carry case to keep it safe between uses. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering, safe in the knowledge, that they will help you with any question/issue that you may have.
