Review Time
Requested a paper requiring graduate level writing and gave very specific instructions as to how the paper was to be written. What I got in return was something that read like a lazy college student wrote at the last minute, using a bunch of "fluffy", filler words that made absolutely no sense. It is a terrible paper and I spent several hundred dollars on it. Based on other comments, it doesn't sound like I will get my money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I asked for a paper with specific instructions and asked them if they could do this at a specific date. They said yes and I paid them almost 90.00 dollars. The paper was ready on time but was not even close to what I had asked for. After 3 messages asking if some of the money could be credited to my card since I didn’t get what I asked for I heard nothing from them. They took my money and I haven’t heard from them. I will never use this company again!
I placed an order. I wanted to add files to my order the next day. I did not remember my password. Their site says they will send me an email to change my password. The email has never come. I contacted them multiple times via chat, Whats app, and email. It has been 4 days but no response. Many times I sat on their 24-hour support chat and no one ever responded. Sometimes it seemed like a non-human who just responded "Hi" but no reply to my questions. This is my first experience. They have my money but I want it back.
Horrible. I paid for a paper that was due within three weeks gave them more than enough time. Submitted the outline submitted the Sources and it was still written incorrectly. When I receive the paper I wrote to them that it was not what I needed and it was not what I would approve of. You would think they were correct it but instead of that they never wrote back to me never gave me a refund and after 14 days the paper automatically gets excepted so it’s a lesson learned never never never use the service again. Gave specific instructions for the paper including what sources to use. Not only was the paper not done properly but the sources were not used. The topic of the paper was also wrong. Of course no refund just endless revisions. Not worth it. The way it was written also seemed weird, like a program translation of another language. STAY AWAY!!!
