I don't know where to start. Yesterday was the last straw. We received our order 2 days late, and all ice and packs were melted, and food was ruined. I called CS multiple times and no one ever reached out. I finally held on for 16 min and the lady hung up on me. I called back and was told "Oh yeah we issued a refund yesterday," but no one even tried to keep my business. This company clearly outgrew its ability to deliver good products. I will go to Little Spoon now, this has been a waste of money and time. I never even got the new products. The food was nice to have, but the company is not worth the headache, and I felt disposable. Save your money
