First of all, I never signed up for subscription. Only the 30 day trial. But I got stuck with it. I had a delivery that came without my ordering it and when I tried to cancel it and send it back the lady said well just keep it for half price since it’s already there and we will go ahead and cancel the subscription that I never requested in the first place, so then I get the same thing the following month. Well, I contacted PayPal and was able to cancel the subscription through there and ask them to give me my money back thankfully before this one arrived! Let me also mention I have less hair than what I started with after two bottles of taking each day daily diligently. Customer service hold time is FOREVER! Don’t even try to reach them by phone! Better success with email. But your cancellation will fall on deaf ears at any rate. I had to get PayPal involved. The product doesn’t work. It is the absolute worst. Just doesn’t work at all. My hair thinned worse. And I was shocked due to the cost. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS PRODUCT. I AM BEGGING YOU. People are not making up these reviews. I have nothing to gain by criticizing a product, especially if it worked. Why would anybody do that! Nobody would. Nobody’s going to criticize a product that worked. As a matter of fact they’re likely to tell any and everyone they know. When they find a good thing. Not the case here. When I tell you, my hair got worse. IT GOT WORSE! DON’T GIVE THOSE PEOPLE, YOUR CARD OR BANK INFORMATION. IT’LL TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO STOP THOSE ORDERS I PROMISE YOU.
