I ordered this product and was charged twice but only received one order. (I never opened the box I received because I wanted to make sure everything was resolved before I started using the product). I called, emailed and used the chat box to try to get a resolution. I have been doing this for over 3 months. Finally, today I received a phone call from an actual human being in the Nutrafol Customer Service Department. They agreed to refund the money for the product I never received. However, I was told it was too late to return the one box of product and receive a refund. If they had only had proper customer service to begin with I would have continued paying for the subscription and been a happy customer. I never even got a chance to try the product. If I could give Nutrafol no stars I would have.
