Adding another negative review for horrible customer service and autorenewing without reminders/authorization.This company is purposefully avoiding sending email reminders to customers in order to increase their LTV for subscription customers. It's predatory and will cause them to lose customers in the long run. Had I been sent an email reminder, I would have been more likely to pause my membership, but now I want a full refund and cancelation.
