After not receiving my Nutrafol product (under almost a month later) and the poor customer service I received, I decided to write a one star review on Trustpilot dated July 16, 2025. Nutrafol replied with this statement, "Hi Karen, We are so sorry to hear of your recent customer experience and we'd love to make it up to you. Please reach out to Nutrafol so that we can follow up and work together for an adequate solution."
