I’m so sorry i cannot remember the name of the woman who helped me. i will look for it. but it’s prolly in my account bc she’s the last person I spoke with. I was going thru a lot. i was moving home to help my mother thru chemo. this person was incredibly empathetic and understanding. she organized my mailings per my back and forth, gave me a much needed discount AND organized a gift basket to be delivered to my mom’s home. my mother wore the cushion sock for every one of her treatments. above and beyond the normal customer service. thank you so much, annie
