Cancellation request ignored

I ordered a detox product but decided to cancel shortly after. Unfortunately, I received no replies to my cancellation request. Upon receiving the item, I attempted multiple times to initiate a return with still no response. They advertise a money-back guarantee but have not communicated about that either. I've sent numerous emails without a single reply. I strongly advise against ordering from this seller!

Untrustworthy company

Terrible customer support

This service is awful! I placed an order on 12/27/25, and after two weeks, the tracking number was still invalid. They ignored multiple emails I sent regarding the shipment but finally shipped it after my last email. I stopped emailing and planned to dispute the payment. It shipped from IL and I finally received it today! Never again!

Doctor advised against use

Don't waste your money!
