We had a very disappointing experience with this company.
We placed an order worth $6,000 after their team assured us that if the product could not be ungated on Amazon, they would refund the payment. After waiting 3–4 months, they finally admitted that they were unable to ungate the product for our store.
At that point we requested the refund. However, even after another 4–5 months, they only refunded $1,000 and kept $5,000 outstanding.
We remained patient and professional throughout the process. We even gave them a deadline until the end of January 2026 to complete the refund. When that deadline passed, they requested more time and we agreed to extend it until the end of February.
Now it is March, and the remaining $5,000 has still not been refunded.
To make matters worse, when we called to discuss the issue, Kate from their team listened briefly and then disconnected the call while we were still speaking. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional.
Because of this situation, we are now proceeding with legal action to recover our funds.
We strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company, especially regarding payments and refund commitments.
