The company does not offer international services. I bought a steam oven and have only used it for three months before the main heating element failed. I reached out multiple times for assistance but received no help. We purchased the appliance in one country and brought it to another, only to find it broke down quickly. The quality is very poor. Even though the item is under warranty, they won't assist because they lack international support, unlike larger brands. It's a waste of money!
