I’ve just received my package that was left outside of the apartment complex today. I’ve opened the box and the ice packs melted and the foods warm.The food is basically warm enough to eat. Unsure why there was one little ice pack for the time it needs to stay fresh…I’m used to a box with 4-5 ice packs which I thought was the norm??This is my first order after leaving Frive two weeks ago, my friend has orders from you and said it was better, so I switched.. not a good first impression.
