There’s no clear notice of this commitment during checkout, and cancellation isn’t possible online.I contacted them immediately to cancel, well before any food was prepared or dispatched, but they refused and hid behind “terms and conditions” that don’t actually override UK consumer law. Their tone throughout was dismissive and unprofessional, even warning me about posting reviews instead of resolving the issue properly.No transparency. No accountability. Just a poor customer experience from start to finish.I’ve since contacted my bank to recover the payment through a chargeback. Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that’s upfront about its terms and knows how to treat customers respectfully.
