To be fair, there are some advantages to the app and its concept. The app itself is reasonable and, once configured, is fairly user-friendly, delivering on its promises. It has been enlightening to see how the food you consume interacts with your glucose levels. However, the issues are significant, which is why I felt compelled to share my experience, despite typically not posting reviews. The instructions provided are quite limited and unclear. While you can eventually figure things out, it requires a lot of time and careful reading, and don't expect much support from the company. I recognize there is third-party involvement, but improvement is definitely needed. Adding meals when scanning isn’t an option is cumbersome. The app lacks detailed interpretations of the data. Communication is only available via email or the app, which is frustrating, especially since helpful responses are rare. Customer service is inadequate and doesn't seem to grasp the services they offer or how to address basic inquiries. The coaching aspect? Hardly present—there are minimal articles available in the app. The dietician support is similarly lacking; it feels rushed, and then they charge extra without providing meaningful assistance or guidance. There is so much potential here, but I strongly recommend seeking alternatives. The monthly fees do not justify the limited app features, poor communication, and vague instructions. To make matters worse, the unexpected extra charges keep piling up.
