I've tried for 2 weeks to get a return initiated but they have not answered any of my calls and emails. I ordered glutathione nutrivitashop because I wanted a product 100% sourced from the US as opposed to getting it from China via alibaba but upon looking at the paperwork the product is from China! I'm unhappy with the quality unfortunately. I went ahead and sent the item back and I'm waiting to hear back from them to get a refund. It's absolutely NOT okay to ghost your customers!
