Had my windows fitted today, and the two installers were absolutely fantastic. Living in a small bungalow posed some challenges for moving things to create access, but they reassured me and worked around us, adjusting things to ensure we were safe and warm (it was January). They worked methodically and efficiently, cleaning as they went, re-hanging blinds, moving a heavy sofa back, and even gifting us a lovely key ring with a trolley token that I was thinking of purchasing. To say great service feels a bit understated.
