UPDATE: I have found the e-mails in my Junk folder - which apparently isn’t searched when I select “all mailboxes”. I am happy to remove this. But also happy to leave it for accountability reasons. Sincere apologies. I have never received any of these emails - and can evidence that. I also made five choices. So I don’t understand why only one was registered. To be honest I couldn’t believe the offer and was so sceptical. The face balm is excellent which is why I am keen to secure the offer. I have been open to this having been a glitch and have defended this “error” on facebook many times. The leap to false advertising was the lack of response to my many emails. I do not know how we resolve the issue if you are sending emails that are not reaching me. May I suggest in future - where this happens you let the recipient know of the issue and the reason why they don’t receive what they order instead of just defaulting to a full priced product. They advertised a mixed bundle deal. I selected 5 options processed and paid the order but only received a single face balm. I have e-mailed and post on various platforms but they seem unwilling to honour the deal - if it was ever genuine. Was it a scam? I am allergic to everything so despite being interested in the body balm I cannot justify the original cost on something that might not work so this was ideal for me. Soured the experience which is a shame because the face balm is excellent.I lack the trust to make another purchase now!
