I am writing this review as a final warning to anyone considering depositing funds with NXG Forex. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR MONEY.
For over three months, my legitimate withdrawal request has been completely ignored and withheld without any valid reason or explanation. Despite numerous emails, live chat attempts, and only responses I receive are empty promises, scripted replies.
My experience demonstrates a classic pattern of a problematic broker:
Deposits are instant, but withdrawals are impossible.
Customer support is non-existent once they have your money.
No accountability or transparency regarding fund processing times.
NXG Forex has shown a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Withholding client funds for this duration is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their financial stability and ethical practices.
I have been forced to escalate this matter to financial regulators and will be pursuing all available legal actions.
Final Verdict:
If you value your capital and peace of mind, STAY AWAY FROM NXG FOREX. There are many reputable, regulated brokers in the market. This company is not one of them. They have effectively stolen my funds, and I am now joining a growing number of clients publicly exposing their practices.
I will update this review only if my withdrawal is miraculously processed, but after 90+ days of silence and excuses, I hold no hope. Save yourself the immense stress and financial risk.
