I mistakenly ordered a 3/4 size model on November 12th and contacted the support team the next day. I received a dispatch email on the 15th, but it's now the 17th, and I still haven't got a response. I wish they had checked my email before dispatching so I could change the size. Now I'll need to return it and wait for a new order. They seem to have efficient automated systems for order confirmation, but customer service appears lacking.
