Waited for 2 months with no updates. Emailed them and didn't hear anything. Finally issued a refund, but only after I filed a dispute with my bank. They deleted my comment on their YouTube video about my experience. Shady practice. Edit: I'm being forced to amend my review to refute the seller's reply. I received a total of 3 communications from the seller. The first being an order confirmation with no timeframe. The website did state up to 25 business days which I'll acknowledge. I emailed them when I noticed that timeframe had come and gone, waited A WEEK, and received no communication. The next email I received wasn't until another 3-4 days later advising me of my refund, but only after I had filed a dispute with my bank. They only other email I received was an apology email and that came only after I left a review of my experience, which came a day after my review (a stark contrast from having never received a reply requesting an order update). I've searched all my inboxes just in case I was mistaken, and I wasn't. Those are the only communications I received.
