I ordered a model a litte more than 3 weeks ago. They didn't sent the order when I checked 2 days in. I sent a mail to their customer service about the delay and it took A WHOLE WEEK to get a reply. They were sorry that they couldn't send my package and this is where it really struck me. They said it was not possible to deliver my package to Sweden until february or even march. Like what? If it's complicated to send a package outside the US to a specific country, then you gotta say that beforehand during order-checkout. Afterwards they asked me if I wanted to wait during that time or get a refund. Of course I would like a refund. I don't wanna wait out my 30 days refund guarantee. Since then I haven't gotten a reply back after asking for a refund. It feels like they ghost me to wait out the refund guarantee and that is scummy af.
