I bought the 3:4 barreta model, its over 15 days now and absolutly NOTHING, even from the support mails. On the website it doesnt even say its send. It should already arrived since i am located in europe. I want a respons on my emails and why it isnt even send.Update: apperently my shipment was delayed due to stricter regulations in my country (netherlands). I did not get informed about this, wich I would have appreciated. They did offer me a refund and I got my money back. Friendly service but SLOW
