Ordered 1:2 M4A1 model and 1:2 Beretta model on the 18th of December, no tracking info or number, no response from customer support. Not expecting the models to arrive for a couple of months. Will update this review over my experience.29/12/2024 - Surprisingly support responded asking for an order number in order to track the package. 4/01/2025 - Support responded saying there is a delay due to customs in Australia. Also said it may take up to Feb or even March however they offered a full refund which I chose. Apparently I got an email saying there was a delay when I ordered it and I didn’t even know it. I’m increasing the review because support was helpful, however I’ll still keep it low because I haven’t got the product.11/01/2025 - Refund has been initiated and funds are pending to return into my bank account.
