Pick up and drop off were great. However, when I called to set up the ride, I was advised to pick a 9:30 am time slot even though I was due to land at 9am. We got stuck at baggage claim for almost an hour and we got charged for making the limo driver wait. I wish I had known that we would be charged for something out of our control. Otherwise it was a good experience overall.
