I recently purchased several Palmonas products through Nykaa, and once again, I received the wrong item. I immediately initiated a replacement request. However, despite the product being picked up, I was delivered the same incorrect item.For the past 10 days, I've been trying to return the wrong product by submitting a return request, but every day I receive the same response from the courier partner stating that the product cannot be picked up. When I contact customer care, I’m repeatedly asked to provide the same details, including the delivery person’s contact information, without any resolution.This level of service is extremely frustrating, and there seems to be a complete lack of accountability. I'm at a loss for how to proceed with this situation.
