It's been 2 weeks since I requested return for a product I ordered from Nykaa, and the delivery person is yet to collect it. They use Delhivery as their logistics partner which is the worst logistics company in the world. I have finally raised a consumer forum complaint against Nykaa.Go for Myntra, avoid Nykaa at all costs. It's worse than Amazon.
