This is not the first time that i have used Van Lines. Their service is always good. This time i was lucky to be looked after by Robyn in the New Plymouth office. She is anazing. She is patient and very supportive and helpful. Moving overseas can be very stressful but she made it less so with her encouraging a d helpful manner. Simon came out to give me a quote and again he was very helpful with lots of advice snd suggestions. The two ladies who came to pack were Tiffany and Lorraine. They were lovely Very professional and helpful. Everything was packed to perfection and they were kind when they encountered something not allowed to go. I cannot recommend these people more highly.
