Straight up do not buy from this company; not because of the parts- they sent me a faulty motherboard and my PC will crash or freeze with 32gigs of 4000 MHz of ram and a 3080 with a 12 core i7. Not only did they send me the wrong power supply as well, but they send me a broken board that does not work.However, the main reason to stay away from them is the god-awful customer service- they are close at 6 pm pst (although they advertise 8 pm pst) and will only get to you on business days. Now that would all be tolerable if they would actually get back to you in a timely manner- it takes 5 days for them to get back to you (they advertise 3, which is still unacceptable considering their return policy). Furthermore, even when you do get the support it's god awful, either they will lie to you, brush you off, or refuse to acknowledge the issue on their part.For the love of god stay away from this company. if you are looking for a gaming rig build your own or go somewhere else. Gaming PCs are too expensive to risk with this company.Note for positivity- they do have a really good customization system on their website; although it won't warn you about certain errors or possible conflicts with various parts.Worst 3.5 thousand dollars I ever spentUpdate:NZXT did get back to me and offered to repair and fix their screw up, but refused to compensate me for sending me a broken machine (since I used it for work I could not do my job for one week). Upon repair, they tell me that they replaced the GPU with a better one because that was the issue and fixed the ram (they did not, it's the same GPU and nothing was done to the internals. Then they tell me that they tested the machine and it ran well; within 2 hours it blue screens and crashes, and then does so again within the same hour.At this point, they did offer to refund me, but a refused to refund my software fees (i.e the OS); however, I cannot reuse that software so effectively this company has robbed around 150 dollars and a tone of my time from me.So long and short they don't repair the machine, and either what they did run software-wise was either done poorly or not done at all. And if you somehow get a refund they will rob you.As I previously stated for the love of God do not buy from this company; they do not deserve your business or your money
