Awful customer experience

Update 6/29/2022: well, shame on me for trusting what NZXT told me. I was literally told (have a transcript) of my Advanced RMA (again, an option I disliked) "It has been expedited. It went 3 day express." So my partner rearranged her schedule waiting on the delivery and then I checked the tracking and found it said "Morgantown, KY." You don't have to work in logistics (though I do) to know that is nowhere near Ohio. When I asked customer service about this, they confirmed it was not the correct tracking and that my RMA had not been scanned by the carrier (in plain English, it wasn't actually shipped). Now, apparently, they are talking about using overnight shipping and I am supposed to speak to the leadership team rep that told me the wrong info. My experience continues to run down hill...Update 6/27/2022: (note: nobody from NZXT has *actually* reached out to me or engaged me directly as implied by the reply they put on here...) I reached out today to try and see where my Advanced RMA (an option I do not like) was at. First, I was told I had to use a shipping label or lose it, and a service team member explained that was not actually the case (confusing) and they could generate a new label when I was ready to return the incorrect parts I was sent. Second, she stated it appeared my replacement order had not been processed yet (2 days after I'd paid the invoice) and then a member of the leadership team stated (very confusingly) it had and was sent 3-day expedited. The communication has been very, very poor and I honestly cannot see how it's any different than some outsourced one thru Dell or some bigger company. No improvements. Bad experience. Would not recommend NZXT.Update 6/21/2022 in reply to NZXT: My ticket number was 1410993 and I was provided the info for an Advanced RMA (which means you are charging me to fix **your** mistake) and you've told me there is "no other option." Right now, the statements from customer support: "Win Win Attitude," "Be Humble," "Service Wow!" "Efficiency and Quality," and "Team Work," sound like empty buzz words to me. I would love for you to reach out directly to me or for someone to try and make my miserable experience so far better, but I won't hold my breath.6/15/2022: Awful customer experience, thus far. NZXT shipped me an H1 Mini with 16gb RAM instead of the listed 32gb. Customer support asked for screenshots and I sent them, then asked me to remove the chips and photograph them. After all of that hassle due to their mistake, they told me I'd need to pay them for an advanced RMA to get the replacement shipped or send back the RAM in the unit. I realize they are not Amazon, but I feel they should ship me the replacement parts and provide return shipping without strings attached. NZXT made the error, not me. I hope someone comes through on this bad customer service experience...
