I had a small cable break on the NZXT V.2 Ambient lighting kit (Most likely to something dumb I had done) and chanced my arm to see if NZXT were able to do anything. As my faith in the past with big tech companies had dwindled I didn't put much hope in getting any help or even response but my god WAS I WRONG. I got a response the very next day and such a quick and brilliant service which left me astounded! They had sent me a replacement kit for the cables in no time and this arrived at my place in days. Could not believe how well that was handled. I will gladly say that I will remain an NZXT fan (pun not intended - but suits) until the end of my days!!Kudos to both Alexander and Lennard for dealing so well with the issue and following up.
