Id called into the Rotherham store a couple of times. The 1st a lovely young man Sohail (Thank you)was very helpful he wasnt pushy He took time to show me a few sets then left me to look which is great as i needed to measure. I left and went home to decide which item I wanted. My second visit was way different I felt like a criminal with a middle aged constantly following and trying to hard sell, so I left.
A bit later i went back saw sohail and purchased my dinning set with him. He didnt rush me at all. The table an chairs are fantastic. Delivery was arranged and the delivery company gave me a date and time slot. It was nearly 2hrs later than delivery company said and their communication needs a bit of work. The two delivery guys we polite professional and really helpful.
