I took delivery of a solid oak extending table and eight chairs on 11/03/2026. This date was much quicker than originally agreed and but suited us perfectly. Unfortunately, after putting the table together, I discovered that the top would not open wide enough to allow the two middle leaves to open. I reported this to O&M and dealt with Kishan who was very helpful. After a number of conversations and a review of a video I sent, it was decided the table needed to be replaced. This was done and I now have a fully working replacement in less than a week.
The fault appears to be a manufacturing one. These things happen from time to time which can be very inconvenient, but it is how the supplier deals with it that makes a difference. I felt that the communication and service were great and would not hesitate to use Oak and More again. Thank you. Paul Ridley.
