I wanted to thank you for getting my refund to me in a timely manner. After the first mistake of my prescription not arriving on time, making me miss 3 work days, waiting for my prescription to be delivered, on the hottest days, after receiving 3 different Tracking numbers. Then nothing being delivered. You not only refunded the over payment of my initial order from over payment, you gave me a refund for the late arrival, which I appreciated. But Just when I thought you had things handled here, it is again, time I ordered my Second month prescription, you took my money, my bank paid you but again. I took a day off work, because of hot weather didn't want my prescription sitting out in the hot sun. Because I got an email with a tracking number 9300189517200348013848 saying my prescription would be delivered on August 12th 2025 by 9:00 p.m. AGAIN NOTHING WAS DELIVERED. . Now I received another email with a tracking number saying my prescription won't be delivered by USPS until Friday tracking number 9300189517200348382074, August 15, 2025. Well, now I'll be out of town so my prescription won't be in my refrigerator until Monday August 18, 2025, all the while the package with my prescription sitting in the Sun. I think you need to send my packages 📦 thru United Parcel Post or FedEx. With them I just might get them in a timely matter.
