It's not too loud, quiter than our aircon and fan so noise isn't an issue for us.
if you have the cooler on the right side of the bed, then the plastic bit where the water tubes go in to the mattress is a bit awkward at elbow height and I knock it when reaching for my bottle from my bedside table sometimes, so I wish it could be a bit slimmer and or have some padding instead of hard plastic. Not a big deal though and I still really like it. And not an issue if you have it the other way around with the tubes going in at the bottom of the mattress instead of the top.
One of the mattress cover's straps sewing came undone, didn't affect functionality in anyway. The support team was quick to respond and sent a replacement mattress that arrived within a day super fast - so that gives me some comfort that the local team is reliable and trustworthy.
