Used oasis several times for an annual policy which is easy to process.
First time I've needed to claim for medical treatment and have received no help whilst abroad.
Contacted the emergency medical helpline who stated they couldn't advise on my policy (silver).
I took myself to a local hospital and am receiving treatment. I emailed them as soon as was possible within the same day to confirm this and have had no response.
Luckily the treatment is not major & affordable with a credit card. However I'm not able to fly until treatment is finished.
I dread to think if you needed major emergency care how this policy could cover.
I will look harder into travel insurance details next time.
