I placed an order on 02/03 with a selected delivery date of 07/03, and since then I have received no updates at all about my order. There has been no confirmation of dispatch, no explanation for the delay, and no communication whatsoever.
I have tried contacting the company multiple times via WhatsApp, but have been completely ignored. What is even more concerning is that they remain active on Instagram, regularly posting content while failing to respond to customers.
To make matters worse, any comments raising concerns about orders appear to be deleted, leaving only positive comments visible. This gives a very misleading impression of their service.
This is extremely unprofessional and shows a clear lack of transparency and respect for customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.
