I placed an order on 21 February with a promised delivery date of 28 February, and over four weeks later, I am still without my order. The delay alone is unacceptable, but what is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication and accountability from this company.
I have contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told that the order was not ready for dispatch. I was also assured that someone would follow up with me, which never happened. Since then, my attempts to reach the company by phone have been ignored.
I formally requested a refund on 12 March due to the excessive delay and poor service, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. Ignoring a customer’s refund request is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the company’s reliability and integrity.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers should be cautious, as you may find yourself in the same situation—out of pocket, with no product and no communication.
