I was initially worried after reading some reviews, but the support team has been quite helpful. The product is genuine and brand new as advertised. They issued a £20 refund as an apology for the delay, which I appreciated. Being able to communicate via WhatsApp has also been very convenient. Overall, I'm pleased and plan to use the service again. I'll write an updated review for my future orders as well.
