Pleasantly surprised with both the system I bought and the customer service afterwards. After receiving my system I needed walking through a couple of steps I expected an automated call system and instead spoke directly their tech support who talked me through. Have had no problems since and feel that they are on my side should I need further assistance. Great system. Good service. A thumbs up from me.
