Obibox sent me an email this morning saying that my delivery was supposed to be between 12:30-4:30. It’s now 5:30 and when looking at the tracking app with my tracking number, it shows that my parcel is going North in the complete opposite direction. You can’t even call the company to complain or ask questions as there is no number available, only an email address that state they’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours. The food delivery service Cefs Plate uses this company. If I have to wait any longer then is he food still going to be edible etc….Chefs Plate, you can thank Obibox for losing a customer
