I had booked car hire which I fully paid at time of booking. had to cancel the booking which full refund of roughly £280 was confirmed by 5 different team members, however after 7 weeks I still have not received any refund, every time I contact I have been either asked to wait or contact my bank, the bank says the refund was never processed and no record in their system. I will continue my dispute.I will never book anything with them and don't advise anyone to do so.
