My Obilet Regret: My Money Has Been Missing for 30 Days!On April 8, I purchased a ticket using my debit card through the Obilet website. Although the payment was deducted from my account, no ticket was issued. When I contacted customer service, I was told there was a system error and the payment would be refunded.As of today, it has been exactly 30 days, yet there is still no refund and no resolution. Every time I call, I am told to "contact the bank," but my bank confirms that no refund request has been initiated by Obilet.Throughout this process, my issue has never been resolved; it has only been delayed repeatedly. Obilet has clearly exceeded the legally mandated refund period of 20 business days, and I’ve had to chase the matter on my own. Additionally, I found dozens of similar complaints on various review platforms, which makes me suspect that this may be a recurring issue, possibly even intentional.I simply wanted to purchase a plane ticket in exchange for my money. Instead, Obilet withdrew the amount from my account without providing any service in return. As of today, I have neither received a refund nor the ticket I paid for. This experience has been nothing but a waste of time and effort — a complete regret.Furthermore, customer service ended the call abruptly with statements like, "You may use your legal rights; there is nothing else we can do."
