When I reached out to Obilet for help, they said that "Metro Turizm handles both travel complaints and refunds within its own organization," and that Obilet had "no outside intervention." Essentially, I was told to contact Metro Turizm directly.After two months of countless emails, messages, and attempts to contact Metro Turizm (most of which were ignored), I finally received my refund. While I’m relieved the matter is resolved, I feel let down by Obilet’s approach. As a customer, I purchased the tickets through their platform and expected them to take responsibility for ensuring proper support. Instead, I was left to deal with another party entirely, wasting significant time and energy.If Obilet wants to build trust with its customers, it needs to take ownership of issues and actively assist in resolving them, rather than simply passing the problem off to another company.
