I tried purchasing a ticket to a turkish bus going from Antalya to Isparta. After payment processing the site gave me an error code. Money are gone, but no ticket info provided on site or via SMS, nothing. Bought the ticket on the same bus with the same seat number directly from the bus company. Sent a request via online form to refund. No answer. Read the FAQ - they claim they refund money for non-issued tickets automatically within few days. I never received it back.UPD: In the end of July a representative called me after reading this review and gave me apologies on behalf of the company and arranged a refund I was expecting.So I'm updating my rating. My wishes to the company to fix such problems in the future. I might try them again later.
