I bought a ticket online for the Lux Karadeniz bus. I had to take a bus in an intermediate city at the local bus station stop, I arrived at the stop in advance, a few hours before departure. Stayed there for a total of 8 hours!!! I waited for the bus until 4 am. But the bus never came! After that, I went to the hotel, and the guy at the hotel reception explained to me that it was useless to buy tickets online for intermediate stops, since obilet.com does not inform drivers about tickets bought online for intermediate stops, and drivers do not stop at such stops at all! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!I made compilat about that situation to obilet support and they just lied me about "successfull voyage without problems", and do not make refund... i am in frustration.... such unprofessional...UPDATE: obilet support just called me and repeat everything they say before, no refund, no excuses... what a "great service".UPDATE 2: after all I did get my money back for the tickets.
