I would give 3 stars if it weren't for Sabrina (academic coordinator), who personally deserves 100 stars!
In terms of academic coordination, Sabrina has been nothing short of amazing! She helps at every possible opportunity, listens to concerns to address them asap, and genuinely cares to improve the students' experiences.
The program itself requires a lot of finetuning and improvement still. Professors asking to use AI to improve your work, but then reprimanding you for it, uploading content (and tests...) in Spanish when it should be in English, setting incorrect deadlines, unclear communication, having wrong answers in tests and not correcting it, not responding (seems like professors don't actually check their university email...), and also expect a level of knowledge that just isn't there. Currently, we are expected to build an AI automation in a system no one has used before, and for which we have previously received only a 5-minute introduction. Not sure how this is a reasonable request for an assignment. It is also very hard to keep up when the demand is crazy for having one module (subject) a month (more like 3 and a half weeks), and especially when a lot of the professors are teaching an English course but have a barely understandable, hyper-thick accent.
Overall, the master's in digital marketing, e-com and AI needs to be heavily improved, and better hired in terms of professors. The lack of care, awareness, and structure of all professors makes the process 1000% more difficult. When it comes to themselves, they understand the busy life of working and teaching, but when it comes to students, it is somehow forgotten that we all work as well. Certain errors professors make would never be accepted in the workplace, so I find it a bit crazy that they should be accepted in a teaching environment.
Nonetheless, once Sabrina replaced not one but TWO missing coordinators who just went AWOL, I felt so much safer and now know that at least I have an academic coordinator who will do everything in her power to fix any issues, even though she really shouldn't have to make up for the countless mistakes and carelessness of professors.

OBS was my first choice due to its online methodology and reputation. Also for the double degree with the University of Barcelona. I am currently studying the Master en Dirección de Ventas. I was interested in developing team management skills in a commercial context and learn more about marketing strategies. The support from the departmental staff has been amazing since day one and the flexibility was the main reason why I chose this online business school. I'm deeply surprised about the quality. Overall, it is being a great experience!!!
I’ve started learning in OBS recently and in a short while, I gained a lot of knowledge. Professors are real professionals and navigate through the entire modules and help students clearly understand the materials. They are energetic, driving and caring.The only reason I didn’t put 5 star is that it would be better if webinars were a little more, because course material is quite big and professors’ explanation on more topics would be very important.
I tried to cancel the training, but I didn´t receive any information, and it was impossible to get my money. I only received no answers, late answers, and confused and anointed answers without solutions. I only get my money after to took the decision 24h late to make the payment. To pay, I had no issues, and I knew to reclaim my money to many problems. It´s crazy, and it´s not serious school. I don't recommend it to know one.
Please do not make a mistake by studying at this so-called university. I have applied with a non-university degree + CV with a promise that there would be no issues and that I would be able to receive a double "official" degree. To my surprise, after completing the course, I was refused to issue a double degree. It took me several months/years and stress to negotiate a return of half of the money. Secondly, on the phone, before the start of the course, the person promised me that this degree is an official Spanish degree (double degree). Later, three years after graduation, when we had plenty of email communications, I discovered this was not an official degree but an unofficial one. To give a little context, I graduated in 2019 and was waiting to receive a diploma/degree two years after graduation, if not three. The worst part was when the University sent me one part of degree (OBS only) it came with a whole inside. I presume it might be a wrong carrying of the document; however, when I asked them to please re-issue it. They requested a payment of 218.15 euros. If you ever encounter them, save your money, as you won't receive an official Spanish degree, and you will probably face multiple issues in one way or another. One more thing: they never check plagiarism, as multiple people did not even bother writing something independently. And guess what? They all passed. It is an absolute disgrace to a country's education. This type of company should be banned.To the reply I received from the OBS:- You keep lying even now. We have communication from 2019. Only in 2022 have you somehow satisfied the request because of legal actions I was already about to start. And I regret not continuing with them. If I had known that the degree was not official at that time, I would never have accepted anything less than a full refund. The diploma you have sent me with a hole in the middle is nothing but a piece of paper that cannot be used in any other country, not even in Spain. You have successfully wasted hours of my life and many other students who are unaware that the degree is unofficial. For all those thinking of studying at OBS because of their double degree, which are both unofficial Spanish degrees that are not registered in the Spanish Ministry of Education. Save your money and find a proper school....
